This current version of the VMA Checkout Tool is for VMA that are connected to NCMs.  The next version will work with the new architecture (NAE).

 

Operating Instructions
1. Select the Network.
2. Select a NCM.
3. Select a Model.
4. Setup the proper CS attributes in the Setup frame.
5. Verify the Adjust flag is set for the Damper and Valve or Binary outputs (Electric Reheat).
6. Select the run option.
7. Select output format - Notepad or Excel.
8. Click the Run Test button.


Test Sequence
1. Reads all selected CS objects starting values.
2. Commands all selected CS objects dampers to the 0% command value at a priority 2.
3. Waits for the Minutes 0% timer.
4. Reads selected CS objects flows.
5. Commands all selected CS objects dampers to the 100% command value at a priority 2.
6. Waits for the Minutes 100% timer.
7. Read selected CS objects flows.

If Water Reheat -
8. Command selected CS objects valves to 0%.
9. Waits Minutes 0% timer.
10. Reads selected CS objects DA-Ts.
11. Commands selected CS objects valves to 100%.
12. Waits Minutes 100% timer.
13. Reads selected CS objects DA-Ts.
14. Releases all selected CS objects Dampers and Valves.
15. Go to step one if needed based on Run Selection.
16. Generate report.

If Electric Reheat -
8. Command selected CS objects - All stages Off.
9. Waits Minutes Per Stage timer.
10. Reads selected DA-Ts.
11. Command selected CS objects next stage ON.
12. Repeat steps 9 - 11 for each stage.
13. Releases all selected CS Objects Dampers and Stages.
14. Go to step one if needed based on Run Selection.
15. Generate report.

Clicking the Abort and Release button at any time during testing will Abort the test and Release any CS Attributes that have been commanded.
