| A meter can be split between tenants. |
| Select a date range and generate invoices for all tenants or a
selected tenant with the press of a button. |
| An Invoice Number is generated for every invoice. The file
name will be the invoicenumber.xls. |
| Tenant info has a list of the invoice numbers generated for each
tenant. Double-clicking on the invoice number opens the
invoice. |
| You can view and print the Data Details for any tenant, any date
range, anytime. |
| Keeps the data collected in Access 2000 database format and
automatically archives the data by Year-Month naming scheme. (April
2006 data would be found in the file TD06-04.mdb) |

Alarm Marquee

- This application works in conjunction with the Metasys® building
management system and the Adaptive Micro Systems Alpha 7200c Marquee
displays. It allows you to display Date, Time, Selected Points
and Alarms on up to two marquees. You can also display a
different custom message on either marquee.

Summaries

- Build a custom summary of any data on your NAE/NIE network. This is
a bear bones data collection tool for the NAE/NIE. I will be adding
additional features to this application in the future like scheduling
of reports, and any other suggestions I receive.
