This is an example of a custom Tenant Billing application.  It is generating a utility bill for a tenant of a building based on the totalization  and trend data from Metasys.  Also calculated into the bill are the fixed costs involved.  This program is pretty specific for the customer it was designed for.  Take a look at the User Documentation, doing some pretty neat calculations.  This can be modified to meet your needs.
