These are two different examples of Tenant Billing applications I have
written to meet the specific needs of the customer.

- This application automatically generates a utility bill for a tenant on
the first day of the month. The cost is calculated based on the
totalization and trend data from Metasys. Also calculated into
the bill are the fixed costs involved. This program is pretty
specific for the customer it was designed for. Take a look at the User
Documentation, the program does some pretty neat calculations. This
can be modified to meet your needs.

- Example 2
- This application was developed to provide billing information for tenants
that use lights outside of the normal building operation hours of
7:00am to 7:00pm. The tenant will not be billed for any time that is
used by the janitorial staff. The user will be able to see a monthly
summary with daily detail information when selecting a tenant, a month and
year. The user will also be able to see a monthly summary for all
tenants with totals for the selected month and current year up to the
selected month.
