- Report Generator - Data Manager

This is the ultimate Report Generator for Metasys
PMI. Build your desired report in Excel and Name the Cells where
you want the data from Metasys to go, save this as the master report
file. In the Report Generator, you tell the application what
data to collect (Current Value, Trend Data, Totalization Data or Point
History Data) and specify what Excel File, Sheet and Cell to send the
data to. Repeat this for as many objects as you want in a given
report. You can have as many different reports as you
like. You can do Tenant Billing, Energy Reporting, Temperature
and Humidity Reporting - You name it, the possibilities are
unlimited. Once a report is setup, all you do is select the
report, the start and end date and time, then click the Generate
Report button. The report is automatically saved with the start
date and report name as the filename.

The Data Manager will automatically manage the
PCFile destinations for Trend, Totalization and Point History.
It takes the data out of the PCFile and stores it into Access Database
files. All Trend, Totalization and Point History data for a
given month is stored in a separate Access Database file. See user documentation for more
details.

- Data Report Generator

The Data Report Generator is a custom application
for generating Metasys feature data reports. You can report
Trend, Totalization and Point History information for a specified date
range with the click of a button. You have two types of reports
you can generate - Details Report or Summary Report. The Summary Report only show the summary for all selected objects. The summary consists of the
Value, Date and Time of the High and Low samples for the selected date range.
The Average value is listed and if the feature is Totalization, the Total for the date range is included also.
The Detail Report shows the same summary but also includes a list of all samples, and
automatically generates a graph. See user documentation for more

- Database Upload-Decompile-Save

Easy to use - one button to Upload, Decompile and
Save the entire database on your OWS. This includes all feature
data, the global database and All NCM databases for your network.
You can save the database to any drive-directory that is mapped to the
OWS. The application allows you to upload an individual NCM by
selecting it and clicking the Upload Selected button. This
application saves you hours of time on larger networks. A log is
generated of all uploads and whether the upload was successful or
failed and the results of the UNDDL decompiler. The only setup
required is to tell the application where to store the database save.
This application uses the UNDDL files to get the Network names and NCM
names. This product works with any
revision of PMI and/or M5 Workstation software. Operating
systems Windows 98, Windows 2000 or Windows NT. You must be
logged in to PMI before trying to upload. See user documentation for more

- National Weather Service
Data Import

- This application downloads a data file from the National Weather
Service's FTP site and parses the data to retrieve the Temperature,
Dew Point, Humidity and Pressure values. It has the ability to
command these values to Analog Data Objects in Johnson Controls, Inc.
Metasys system. You can select from different Update Frequencies
but the data is only as current as the NWS data file is. As of
October 2004, the National Weather Service updates these data files
once an hour. See User

- Upload Automation

- Total upload automation of your networks Global databases and

You can schedule this to run Daily, Weekly or Monthly at a selected time.
No user interaction is required. A

- Scheduling Manager

- The Scheduling Manager is a custom program that makes managing
schedule changes easy. You
can view, add, modify and delete any object 's Regular, Alternate,
Holiday or Temporary schedule. You
can also build scheduling groups that will store the commands for a
list of objects. The
group can be scheduled by clicking a date and time then push a button
to schedule all objects in the group.

- Energy Report

- The Energy Report application allows you to generate custom tenant
energy use reports. The application uses either daily
totalization data from the meters or Point History of a totalization
object. This application collects the requested data and outputs
the data to an Excel workbook. Using Excel formulas, you can
generate any type of report you like including automated tenant

- Master Shutdown

- The Master Shutdown application is an emergency shutdown of a
building in case of catastrophe. By clicking on the Shutdown
button, all binary output and binary data objects in the shutdown list
are commanded off at priority 2. The Release All button will
return all objects to their last commanded value. See User

- MMX Tenant Billing

- The MMX Tenant Billing applications uses the MMX Log File to
determine the On time of the loads. You assign the Cost Per Hour
for the loads. You can have normal hours
where the tenant is not charged or charge for all usage. You
select the date range and click one button to generate invoices for
all tenants. See User

- MMX Call In Report Generator

The MMX Call In Report Generator allows you to easily see all
phoned in commands for any tenant during a user selected date range. Simple point and click interface. Select a
Start Date, an End
Date and the Tenant and all phoned in activity is displayed.
You can select Show All, which shows the Login and Keys entered or Command
Only which only shows the commands issued. You can also click on the All
Tenants button to show all Call In activity for All Tenants during the
selected date range.

- Point History Tenant Billing

- This new Tenant Billing applications allows you to assign loads to
the tenants and specify the KW/hr for each load. The application
uses the point history information from the load to determine the
number of minutes the load is on. You can have normal hours
where the tenant is not charged or charge for all usage. You
select the date range and click one button to generate invoices for

- Alarm Notifier

- This application will monitor a list of objects and if a
Critical alarm is received, a user defined Binary Output will be commanded ON to

- M-Trend Data Manager for Access
Historian

- The Data Manager for Access Historian is the ultimate database
management tool. With one click of a button, your trenddb.mdb
file is archived into individual archive files that contain all
records for a month. The file is named using the year and month
of the data it contains. Example - 2003-11.mdb contains all
records from November of 2003. With the click of another button,
you can restore the data from any selected month. The data is
returned to the trenddb.mdb file for analysis using standard tools
like M-Trend.

- Operator Transaction Viewer

- This application takes the Operator Transactions collected by
Metasys in a PCFile and gives the user a "User Friendly"
interface to generate reports. No need to know Superbase query
language. Simply click the fields you want to use in your search
criteria and select from a list of the data in that field. The
output report can either be a text file or an Excel worksheet.
Look at the User Documentation for screen captures of the application
and see how simple it is to find the information you want.
Revision 2 added the text field for searching and calculates the time
between a Critical report and it being Acknowledged, Discarded or
Moved To Follow-up.

- Trend Data Manager

- The Trend Data Manager software will convert all your old DBase III formatted
Metasys trend data into Microsoft Access Databases and automatically transfer
the new data on a daily basis. The data is stored into individual Access
database files with each file containing the data for one month for easy
archiving. The Access Databases reduce the disk space used to store the trend
data by almost 50%. The application can summarize data for any date range
and show High, Low and Average values. It allows you to print any range of
data for any object or paste the data into Microsoft Excel for it's advance graphing capabilities.

This is a low cost application that gives you access to the
data collected by the Trend Data Manager. The user interface
looks just like the Trend Data Manager but, it does not do the
archiving of the Metasys Trend Data. The application can summarize data for any date range
and show High, Low and Average values. It allows you to print any range of
data for any object or paste the data into excel for it's advance graphing capabilities.
This application can be installed on any PC that is connected to the
same network as the OWS with Trend Data Manager installed on it.

- This is an example of a custom Tenant Billing application. It
automatically generates an invoice for the tenants utilities on the
first day of the month. It uses totalization data from flow
meters and BTU readings. It uses trend data from the KWH
meters. This application also looks for missing data and will
generate estimated values if any data is missing. Also included
in the monthly bill are the fixed costs involved (Chemicals,
maintenance, operating labor and equipment replacement).

- This application was developed to provide billing information for tenants
that use lights outside of the normal building operation hours of 7:00am
to 7:00pm. The tenant will not be billed for any time that is used by the
janitorial staff. The user will be able to see a monthly summary with
daily detail information when selecting a tenant, a month and year. The
user will also be able to see a monthly summary for all tenants with totals for
the selected month and current year up to the selected month.

- This application monitors Metasys for a selected report type
(Critical, Crit1, Crit2, Crit3, Crit4, Followup, Status) and will
command a Binary Output to sound an alarm notifying the operator to
take action when the selected report type comes in.

- CDC Report Generator

- This is a specialized report for the CDC (Center of Disease Control)
that automatically takes trend data and generates a custom Excel
report.
